The Kasseroler family welcomes you with open arms and spoils you with homemade specialties from our own alpine dairy, along with traditional dishes from South Tyrol.
Our animals – our passion...
Around 80 cattle, 10 horses, and 40 dairy goats live on our alpine pasture. Every day, we turn fresh cow and goat milk into flavorful cheese, butter, and ricotta – crafted by hand with the taste of the mountains.
From our farm straight to your table...
Whether it’s freshly baked farmhouse bread from the wood-fired oven, savory speck, aromatic juices, or fruity jams – everything is homemade, either on the alpine pasture or at our family farm, the Gschlosserhof in Gufidaun in the Eisack Valley. You're welcome to take a taste of the mountains home with you.
